T-Mobile needs to stop the gouging, stop allowing your franchise stores to charge people for patronizing T mobile, and stop the false advertising. The phone I purchased was cheaper than the one I replaced it with and had less features but they charge $20 and said it was an upgrade but the paper said $20 upgrade n/a and they still charged your agent said it was correct and called it an upgrade too ...bull . This is false advertising.
Every time I come to this store I get a instant cheerful greeting! As someone who comes from customer service I love that. Christian took care of me and answered all my questions and concerns! Another employee Michael gave me a free goody bag as well! That was awesome great crew ! Avenue H is the spot ❤ufe0f
The manger was really helpful, he replaced my sim card for free.
The girl that helped us today on 10/24/2020 was extremely helpful. She greeted us as we walked in and explained in detail and took her time to answer all our questions.
Recently I went to T-mobile because my phone completely stopped working. I had everything saved on there and I was heartbroken thinking I had loss everything. JUAN was the associate that helped me and I'm so grateful to him because I was able to retrieve everything I thought was gone unto my NEW phone. He had so much patience and worked hard to help me. I walked in feeling frustrated and heartbroken and walked out extremely happy and grateful thanks to JUAN's knowledge. I got a new phone with everything I had on my old dead phone. I want to thanks JUAN and the associates I met at this T-mobile store. You guys make a huge difference. I would highly recommend you guys. Stay safe❤
