It was an amazing experience compared to other retailers who seem to complicate the process. I was glad to have the ability to work with such a great staff who got us our washer and dryer quickly and efficiently at a good price. I definitely will be returning to check out their other appliances to improve our home.
I was planning on purchasing my son a laptop and a new desk.nI was never a believer in financing merchandise but I received Conn’s information in the mail and I was intrigue to try it out. I went to Conn’s in Stafford/Sugarland and I was welcomed with Great customer service with a great shopping experience. Just about everything my son chose was in stock. They did a soft credit pull and I was approved and my monthly payments will be $141. With no money down, My SUV was loaded with laptop and gaming chair except the desk, that will be delivered and assembled to my home in a couple days. My son is happy! Thanks Conn’s!
Be careful! Dealing with them is like dealing with an old-school used car salesman. They will try to squeeze you every way possible. Stay away. Best Buy is 100% better and easier to deal with, especially when it comes to returns.
This is my second time coming back here. Its always a pleasure. They are very nice and helpful. Great payment options and they will go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchase.
