The staff at this location is remarkable!! Huge props to Marquez, Jeffery, and Deandre for being nothing less than awesome!! Marquez was so knowledgeable and help me set up my daughters phone seamlessly! He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! His customer service was over the top excellent! This location has the best employees and that’s why I will not go anywhere else! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Awesome job guys!!

Do not go up there and ask for deandre. He completely messed up our phone bill. Upped our price on one bill more than $200 just to swtich to a new plan. Seemed like a nice dude until he blamed us for the mistakes he made. 3 years in the phone business and knows it like the back of his head he says but can’t take responsibility of his own wrongs. Also was very rude on the phone with us and told us to never call them back or show up at the store again. So being reported to higher authorities it is! DO NOT recommend him in any way. Only putting one star because it doesn’t let you put 0

They told me what I needed I think they should know a little bit about all their phones. I think they say they don't know about your phone hoping you will buy a new phone. One guy didn't act like he had the time of day for me unless I was interested in a new phone
