Generations Salon is a very classy salon.nYou feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door! The owner Virginia is very personable and welcoming. Sandy is my go to girl. my stylist and has been for years 20 + I have followed her & her progress over the years and even fly in to have my hair colored and cut as we live hundreds of miles apart now. She is an amazing listener, she goes over and above to please you! She keeps current with the latest styles and trends. She tries to educate you on the latest trends although never pushy. She doesn't have to sell you on anything, style cut color technique etc... Her work speaks for itself. She has remained steady & reliable through family crisis , deaths in her family and even her husband's cancer and becoming disabled! Likewise she is very understanding when you need to cancel or move your appointment around to meet your personal needs. Give Sandy a try she won't disappoint! Try other areas of the salon too as it too won't disappoint!
I used Sandy Anders and went to her for over 11 years for extensions. She is the best I’ve ever been to. She’s very knowledgeable and stays up to date on all the latest color, extensions and styles. I would recommend anyone to give her a try. She always listened to what I asked for and went the extra mile to get the job done. She always worked me in in a timely matter. I drove over an hour to get to her no matter where she worked. I hope anyone looking for the best to give her a try. She’s definitely the best!!!
I absolutely LOVE Sandy!! She is a hair expert that is able to transform normal hair Into an art form and make me feel absolutely beautiful and self-confident. Her extensions are flawless and the highlights match perfectly and then finishes with the most amazing hair cut and styling. I LOVE Generations Salon! When my husband and I moved to Castle Hills, finding my hair gal was a top priority to me. We were just a few months away from getting married, so I needed someone who could do both color and extensions. I have been going to Sandy and she is awesome! She does great highlights, she was actually able to fix what someone before her did. And my extensions were PERFECT! I had had them done before and they always hurt, but when Sandy did them they didn’t hurt at all.nnVirginia (the owner) is so sweet. I love seeing her when I come in! I also recently went to Jana for a facial, and it was delightful. My face felt amazing for days! She is very talented and so knowledgeable. She also does waxing and uses techniques for much less pain.nnAll around great salon for all of your beauty needs!
I have very thick naturally curly hair, a hair type I’ve come to understand through my personal experience to be a real challenging process to cut let alone color or personalize. This being the case, I’ve had more bad experiences in hair salons than I can count. Sandy, though, blasted all those experiences away with only a single visit. She took such great care of me, and I cannot express how grateful I am. She personified what a true hair CARE professional is. Thanks Sandy!
