Incredible experience - Been an athlete for 30 years - football soccer track and field - and too many injuries to account for . Been looking for a place that can really give me relief and thought I would give Massage Life a try. this was my first experience here and upon entering I was taken back the calming and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, kind, professional and managed to get me an appointment immediately with an incredible therapist SUN (btw - I will be going to back to him consistently).nnWithout question the best experience and real relief have have in years. Massage Life is real gem and true find in the area. Came in a client, left a member.

The people that work there are incredibly sweet. They answer any and all questions before you start your massage. The waiting room is calm and sets you in the right mood. Tricia was amazing! She clarified what I had wanted out the massage prior to starting and made my back feeling better than it was before! I highly recommend!

My wife and I have been members for over a year. The staff at Massage Life Center is always extremely nice. The facility is always very clean. The environment is relaxing. Sun is also an outstanding therapist. I definitely would recommend this massage life center!

It's understandable that when you miss an appointment due to health, personal. There will be a charge, that is in the membership contract. What is making me cancel my membership more than a year is the owner Stephanie Sewell horrible, disrespectful, degrading attitude with a positive tone to the voice. This happened twice already and that is what made me say I am done with this place. And it was for health reasons I can't control, I have been a member over a year and only twice missed my appointments. Sandi Romero is the head owner of this brand and I am wondering if anyone said anything about Stephanie's behavior? Miss an appointment for any reason and Stephanie will let you how she could of given this appointment to any other customer who would be glad to have this spot but it was given to you instead and you messed up and now her employee can't get paid. And the nasty sunshine voice grilling into your ear, you messed up and how dare you. I got to say there there are reviews of others saying the same thing. Find it funny how the employee can't get paid when you get charged for the missed appointment as much as the membership cost that you pay every month for one session. The staff is very nice and stephanie is going to show you a nice side of her but miss an appointment and you are mistreated with a positive voice and disrespectful words, as a loyal member and paying customer who wants to go into an environment like that to get a massage. DAY LATER UPDATE: I am glad in the process of canceling I found Hand and Stone and for about the same price I can get massage, wax and facial. They wave my application fee and the great thing is no contract. There no show fee is 20% or forfeit a credit. They were so so nice and the fact I can use this any location in any state is amazing. they have 4.9 stars and over 600 reviews.

I’ve been twice now and not sure why I didn’t go sooner! Shen is amazing. I like firm pressure and he didn’t disappoint. They’re customer service is amazing and during Covid their process is easy and not an annoyance. I recommend them times 10!!!! Way better than other massage centers for sure!
