I had such a positive experience at this store, that I just had to stop and write a review. This was actually my 2nd time coming to this particular location. Inliterally passed by several other T-Mobile stores along the way, because of the amazing customer service that I received from Angelica, during my last visit.nnI was extremely fortunate to be seen by her again today, so I know that it wasn't just a fluke. Not only did she fully resolve my phone issue, but she also went above and beyond the call of duty, by making sure that I enjoyed my experience and that I was fully satisfied with the services rendered.nnShe is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind and friendly, exceedingly patient, highly energetic, personable, and very courteous. It was so refreshing to actually feel respected and valued as a customer and not feel like I was just being sold or rushed out the door.nnI also got the opportunity to meet the store manger, Christian, and in speaking to him, I quickly realized how much pride he takes in running this store. He truly values each and every person that walks in the door, and not just as a potential client. He is amazing, and he really does a great job running the store and hires the right people...ones who match his positive energy and outstanding vision.nnThe store itself is pristine, as far as cleanliness, and it's very cool and modern, as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

I’m a sprint customer and I came here for a screen replacement on 4/1. Gavin was very helpful. He went over all the great deals that T-Mobile was offering in a very polite manner. This is like a flagship store so they have a lot to offer and top excellent customer service . I enjoyed the experience in this location. Your employees are wonderful!!

This store is new, modern and up to date. Everyone here is friendly for the most part but Michelle was my rep & when I say after A VERY LONG DAY her customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was kind, patient, understanding, considerate and her listening skills were amazing for all of my concerns. She’s very knowledgeable in all areas of the store & if I could give her 10 Stars I would for her AMAZING SERVICE! I’ll most definitely return to see her. This is the only T-Mobile store I go to since discovering them last year December! The first time I came was to buy my kids two new tablets for Christmas and today I found myself here again. Monique was the employee that took care of me and she was awesome! Monique was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and made me feel like family. Thank you Monique ud83eudd0d

GO BRAY E GO! I was sent from another T-Mobile to get my phone fixed, but turns out the store didn’t have the parts for my LG K30. I was so frustrated because I drove 45 minutes just to get my phone fixed. Braye was very understanding and empathetic and came up with a solution. I upgrade my phone and got the cutest purple case. I was scared I was going to lose all my info but Brae helped me recover all my data!!! We bonded over similar hobbies and she is truly the sweetest young lady. This location is beautiful and vibrate, full of amazing workers. Brae is a hard worker and left happy with the service she provided. Great work T-Mobile!
