I’m so frustrated with my experience here this weekend. I placed a 1-hour photo order yesterday morning. I didn’t need it the same day, thankfully, because I got the email it was ready 6 hours later. I went this morning (24 hours after the order was placed) and they can’t find it. The gentleman working, Godfrey, was great and very helpful. He tells me they will quickly reprint the order and had another associate help. I wish I had said to take their time, because the cards look terrible. If it was just the pictures within the card, I would blame myself because they’re just iPhone photos that I edited myself. But the actual resolution of the Christmas cards is so poor. They look blurry and the words appear double printed. I know this time of year is crazy and I waited until the last minute and I’ll own my part in it. But they were not adequately staffed and I would have preferred to come back later to make sure the cards were of appropriate quality.
