If I could give zero stars I would. The people at this store are so disrespectful and pushy it's ridiculous! Not to mention they are price gauging their accessories like crazy! They have the same exact cases and screen protectors at the Little Elm store for way less! Not to mention the employees don't even seem like that want to be there. I suggest making the short 5 minute drive to the guys at the Little Elm store on 423. Way better service!

Angie is the only reason I will continue to stay with Metro. I just opened an account a month ago at the 4679 TX-121 suite 137. The girl was new and completely screwed over first time buyers at Metro. We have paid 3 activation fees on 2 new phones and one that was already activated. We were also not told about our apparent warranty by any other stores we have visited. Again Angie was an angel and deserves compensation for her knowledge at Metro.
