Kelsey gives the best facial. So relaxing. It can be tricky getting in because she is by herself but when you do she is so sweet and gives you the best pampering.

I had a extractions and a peel done by Kelsey and oh my goodness I am already starting to see improvements in my skin! I have struggled with acne for several years of my life so it’s such a blessing to finally see it clear up. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you Kelsey.

It saddens me to see these negative reviews. I've been seeing Kelsey for about 3 years now and have never had an issue with her communication or scheduling. We have to understand how COVID has impacted our local small businesses. Kelsey is now a one-woman shop trying to stay afloat. If she doesn't respond right away, imagine having tons of messages and people coming at you with questions, etc., all while actually working all day on people's faces.nAs for Kelsey, she gives the best facial I've ever had (and I've had many throughout my lifetime!). Not only does she work your face but she takes it down to your decollete and upper arms. I trust her 100% to take care of my skin.

Uodate:nI have BBB complaint against this business for not honoring appointments and not providing a refund for prepaid services. But, I just learned from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) that she is also operating with an expired license. It expired June 2020. Be warned.nnIn Feb 2020 I prepaid $110 for facials with this company via Zelle.She was running a special. Due to COVID my first appointment was not until July 16, 2020 but in order to schedule online I had to pay an additional $25.nnKelsey said that I would get four services for the amount of money paid. I was seen once because Kelsey kept missing our appointments all together by not showing up or cancelling them last minute. This happened on at least six occasions. So, of the four prepaid services I redeemed one. On Aug 25, 2020 I requested a refund of $116 ($31.25 per service). Kelsey said she would issue the refund. On Aug 26th I asked her when the deposit will be made. Kelsey stated that it would take 5-7 business days. I reached out to Kelsey on Sep 7th a. No answer. I didn't receive the refund so I reached out a again on Sep 9th. Kelsey said she would issue a refund by the end of the day. On Sep 10th I informed Kelsey that I wanted the refund issued by 8am on Monday, Sep 14th. She has yet to issue the refund. There has not been a response.
