I purchased a massage for my wife and co-worker. Massage was basic not the falling asleep massage you get a 5 star hotel. The kicker was that they upsale you at the end when it’s time to pay. So whatever you tip it’s not enough and they ask you to pay more??? Who does that. That to me was a turn off. My wife is Asian and they try to use that to their advantage. Not the best experience in my opinion and I’m used to getting massages monthly.nnRon W

Over charged for a massage, it's not a good massage to begin with. Just someone rolling their arm on your back without oil, very terrible unless you enjoy what feels like a rug burn. At least the inside is nice and clean. So 1/5 stars

Massage was ruff!! I purchased an hour massage and I got 50 minutes. After that I was asked to tip $30. Very unprofessional place. At least it was clean and smelled good.

D&L Massage is a great place to go to for a relaxing massage. Nancy and Stephanie are my go-to choice of therapists in this location in southeast Little Elm that is convenient to Little Elm, Prosper, The Colony, and the western half of Frisco,. The facility is clean, and the decor and lighting are calming. Starting face-down on the massage table for what is always a relaxing massage, I relax so deeply that my massage therapist has to wake me when it is time to turn over. This is a nice experience, with a very good facility, great skilled service, reasonable prices, comfortable massage tables, and a shower available for guests. All of these aspects combine to make D&L Massage my 'go-to' Spa when I need a massage and I am within 15 miles of their location on FM 423 in Little Elm.

Due to some back pain, I was pretty desperate to find a place for a last minute massage. They worked me in last minute, which was great. However, no one asked me what I wanted and no one went over the prices. After going back and forth with her about how I didn't want a 90 minute massage, she reluctantly stops and allows me to be done. As I'm paying, she looks over my shoulder and asks how much I tipped her (I tipped her over 12%, AFTER Having to argue about what service I wanted). She complains that I didn't not tip her enough and asks me to add $5 more to the tip. I just walked out. I've never had an experience like this.
