Busy, busy, busy on the weekends! Everything you need for your home projects! Store has recently been revamped so take your phone and Lowes app because it will tell you what aisle to look in. Love that I can pay for mulch etc. And then pull over to the gate to have it loaded in my vehicle. Great brand name tools and appliances. They offer delivery and installations too! Wish there were more experienced sales associates available to help in the aisles. Love the long term cashiers. Very friendly and helpful. I think it is wonderful that they offer a military discount and special parking spots. Glad it is in my neighborhood.

I went to get a new spark plug for our lawnmower and could not find the one I needed. I wasn’t sure how to cross reference in the book, so I went to the front to ask for assistance. The cashier I spoke with said the didn’t carry spark plugs for carsud83eudd2a. I told him it was for a lawn mower. He stopped another employee who could have cared less, said they were down by the garage doors. I lost it telling him I wasn’t looking for a garage door and they don’t take spark plugs! He told the cashier to call someone because he had to do something. No one came to help so I went back up and ask for a manager. I told him how incompetent his employees were about product knowledge. He went over to the spark plugs with him, he did not know how to cross reference in the book. I gave him the spark plug number which I had, he looked at the spark plugs, pulled one down and said that should work. I looked at it and told him the threaded part was to long and the diameter of the spark plug was to small. He proceeded to tell me that they were all a standard size. I informed him they were not. The manager was no more help than the employees.nIf you are going to work at a home improvement center familiarize yourself with the store. Knowledge is power.

Darrell and Liz are amazing! I came in trying to get help with decorating my patio and they both went above and beyond! They are my new favorite people! Seriously made my night less stressful and hectic. I appreciate them so much!

The good is that once you can find staff to assist, they are totally awesome. You rock Jackie! But the problem is not always is there staff when and where you need them and more often than not when you see an employee they say they don't work in that particular area. All in all, they are a good place to shop and I've been going here since 2009 for basically all of my home improvement needs.

Victor and Derek were pleasant and very knowledgeable about what we needed. These are two people I wish could get a raise and promotion! Keep up the good work because you make Lowes look great!
