If I could leave zero stars here I would. Came in for a defective SIM card and was met with an unnecessary charge. When explaining my issue to the sales person (who wasn't a manager) I got nothing but pushback from her. Manager was not on duty at the time. Ended up leaving after receiving no help at all and headed to another t mobile store where my issues were resolved without any pushback. Customers should beware of this location. You are better off driving over to Preston and Stonebrook in Stonebrook Center.

I have been to this location 2x, and they have not been able to help either time.nnI ran into an issue when attempting to activate a new phone. Originally, I went to this T-Mobile store at 252 W STONEBROOK PKWY STE 570.They were clueless and could not help me. Two people attempted to help me while another team member played on her personal device at the counter. In the end, the 252 W STONEBROOK PKWY STE 570 location told me that they couldn't help and to return the phone to Samsung. WTH!nnI went to the T-Mobile store #104 on Eldorado. Noel had my phone activated, and I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes! It baffles me how one store can take care of customers in little to no time but another store can't even figure out what the problem is. Thank you, Noel at T-Mobile store #104 on Eldorado. I appreciate your help and getting the issue resolved. Thank you, Noel, for not telling me to return the phone back to Samsung. Thank you for taking care of the issue.

I really upset with this place , I when to upgrade my phone to a New IPhone and no body said hi to me it was to sales people on the floor no busy .one it was the manager waiting for the 35 min pass next to me in an out an they total ignored me ... So I left I don't said word and driving to the wants is on Preston .. Frisco total diffrent they have really nice customers service an they respect like really customer..
