Ben went above and beyond to determine if my phone was capable of using the AT&T network. He replaced the SIM card and verified that it was capable. He was very helpful and knows his stuff.
As a consumer of at&t for years and still a customer it's completely frustrating that I have to leave a comment like this. I upgraded my phone and gave them my prior device and they never turned it in. I called corporate and they said since it happened at a store the store has to help me with the transaction even though I provided the reference number and everything for the trade in. The store manager will not return my phone calls and will not call me to leave a status update. Beyond mind blown at this point. So ready to cancel all phone lines and leave at&t for good. Love seeing a $916.29 bill that shouldn't be there.
