Dishonest people. Cost me $381 out of pocket. Was lied to in store. Then lied to again by the “district manager” on the phone. Was never called back as promised. The issue was never fixed as promised. And as a result I have paid WAY more than I was told I would have to.nnDo yourself a favor and go to a different location and/or carrier.
My mom was just in Jasmine was rude and unhelpful. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Endy and the team were terrific...from the patience in getting us the info for a business line, calling us back, walking us through the entire setup instore, and staying 45 minutes late to ensure it was complete!!! AWESOME job!
Really bad customer service they offer to change my phone an the end they said no we can do an charge all the money on my card an after all they can reverse all mess .... An the manager said oh iam busy waiting 2 hours ...to they can taken care communication only to sales ... Sucks
