Frustrating lack of speed in terms of delivery speed; getting certain types of medication is a ROYAL pain.nnHowever, when a meltdown nearly occurred, they were very patient with me, and worked with me in that situation.
All the pharmacists know me by name. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me when ever there is a issue. The only issue I have is they don't keep in stock meds that I fill on the regular and I have to wait for a week or more to get it.
I gave them 2 stars because they offer prescriptions at a lower cost, and when I didn't have insurance, that was invaluable. The pharmacist is rude and arrogant, though. He's probably the worst I've ever encountered. I'll never go back.
Always helpful and friendly. People now a days don't have patience, when things don't go their way.
They have trouble getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner.nI have been patient with them. Time for a change.
