I used to be a regular at this metro because of the good customer service the manager there has, but recently they have this one young lady who is just so rude and loud. She was holding a conversation on speaker phone with one of her friends and all I heard was b word this and b word that lord how unprofessional not only that I was so devastated at the fact that she smelled like pot and looked like she was on some other sort of drugs!! I am sorry but I will not be doing business here from now on.
Great customer service !!! A lot of metros do not help with other needs except selling and this was one of the best locations I’d ever encounter thank you Odalis .
