I use to really support this spa however they have had really poor communication since the pandemic. I have purchased a gift certificate before they announced they were closing. I called, emailed, and communicated on Social Media asking will there be a policy to to refund customers. No response at all. I really tried to hold out on making this review because I do understand that businesses had difficulty maintaining during Covid. However not responding at all is unprofessional and in poor taste. I would like the business to respond. A simple apology and they are working on a resolution or unfortunately at this time we have closed our business and unable to provide refunds would suffice.
Please open back up ASAP!
Nice space, however I've had a better massage & definitely thought the reflexology was a total waste of money with my therapist.
The ambience My Choice Spa & Wellness greets you at the door with its friendly staff and serene decor. After completing my services, I didn't want to leave. The massage and facial were exhilarating.
