But the sweet girl at the at counter with pony tail afternion shift very sweet and helpful smiledTy! come on big lots u can do better hire more people.

I love coming in this big lots. The ladies in this store are ALWAYS SO PLESANT, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS , AND FRIENDLY. The store was clean and well stocked. Ms. Sandra is the best. She is so nice and encouraging you to have the best shopping experience. She assisted me the last time I was here and she gave another customer the same smile and service this time I was here. It is a lot going on in today's world and anytime I can receive outstanding customer service with a smile and customer service from a store and their employees I'm coming back. Worst place to ever work at, from a former employee and customer. Bad management, they pay you 9$ an hour to do 7 jobs and then when your raise comes it’s only 16-20 cents YEARLY. Bad company just viewed as another number to them. Store is dirty, how do you remodel a store and still have it dirty. Store manager is rude to customers he has over 20 complaints. Rude to employees also favoritism is very adamant at this job. Barely any hours given. Just an overall bad experience. If you want to work that hard and for better money choose somewhere else like Target.
