Finally moving on from Metropcs. I switched to them about 4 years ago, and it's finally time to find something better. I've had about 5 different phones in the past year and have updated and upgraded and still can't seem to get my calls or texts on time. They also were quick to turn my phone off for a remaining balance of $5 so I'll be moving on. I don't recommend.

This was a very easy phone shopping experience. The customer service was very good. I came in and was greeted with smiling faces. 10/10 would recommend to other people.
Worst costumer service the manager needs to be fired she talks trash about the owner that store could be a great store she brings it down
This is the best metro pcs I've been to and there are several in Desoto. Lots of phones and good advice on which is best for your budget.
