My brother and I had a great experience here. We came in simply to transfer data from one phone to another, but James, Tiana and Temp ended up doing so much more! They helped us upgrade our account for a great price and so much more! They were all so friendly. I definitely recommend going to this location for great customer service!
James and his trainee exceeded my expectations. My goal when I came in the store was to get a new iPad Pro with cellular service. That’s exactly what I got. I was a new customer from AT&T switching to Verizon. I was nervous but Jeff took real good care of my needs. He was very personable. Out of 1 to 10, I give him a 20 for customer service. I am glad I made the switch to Verizon because of his customer service.
James did a great job. His training, Trina were both very nice and did a great job.
Manny Gloria was super helpful and made the experience so much easier and faster! He even helped out when my kids were acting crazy. So ask for him if you need anything!
