I had an excellent experience with ADT! I had always heard good things about ADT, but I had never used them before, only local companies. The customer service I had on the phone was excellent and I spoke to multiple people in several departments! Very friendly, easy to understand, like talking to a REAL person! It made me feel heard and appreciated. My installation technician was excellent and really took the personal safety of me and my family seriously and to heart. I could tell that he cared and that meant a lot to me. He worked with my budget and was able to workup a package that is both affordable and that I feel fantastic about! So glad that I returned the SimpliSafe system and transferred to ADT! Now I truly do feel SAFE!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT, use this company. If you are thinking about it, call their customer service line. Then I guarantee you will change your mind. They need better management. I give this place a ZERO star.

Our technician, Randy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He related to our specific needs and physical environment, and listened to our concerns. He accommodated our requests for cosmetic placing of sensors, and suggested alternatives when necessary. While we haven't yet determined permanent location of system control wall touchpads because of the disturbingly bright lights, we will continue to work with Randy to resolve those issues. The system gives us the security we want, along with ease of operation and quick response if needed.

I got security for my home but I wanted a more personalized security. I wanted to get the security camera by Ring. When I inquired about it with my technician. He seemed to kind of blew me off and told me I could get one from Best Buy. I felt as though he was rushing and still had many questions. I also felt like I was being haggled by what all specific systems/monitors that I wanted for my house. When he told me the overall price that I would have to pay upfront I was shocked because it was not what I was told over the phone by the sales representative. The sales representative that I contacted prior to the tech coming out was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate them going above and beyond and listening to my concerns regarding the system. But in the end of the day all that matters is that my family is protected

The tech seemed very thorough and was here for a long time -- 5 hours -- much longer than we anticipated. He was very kind, courteous and friendly. Lots of time was spent on back-and-forthing with his office on upgrades and pricing thereof. Although he told us he would explain which ADT phone numbers we should use, he forgot and we didn't realize it till he had left. I tried phoning an 800 number in the brochure later that day to determine which number I should phone since there are several in the brochure, and that rep was not particularly helpful, saying I could call any number I want to. ????
