Understood my problem. Did their very best to correct it. But it was solved as much as possible. My fault in not backing up my files. I appreciate the effort they put in to resolve and retrieve my files. A big thank you. My go to place for computer repair. They are very professional, personable and friendly.

I totally recommend this computer repair shop! I have been there several times and have always had an exceptional experience. Recently, I was locked out of my own computer and had no way of getting back in. Without hesitation, I took it to Mr. Kenneth and to my surprise he had it repaired in less than 24 hours! When I arrived to pick it up, he took the time to explain in detail what he had done. He also anticipated my needs as a teacher and downloaded some extra software on my computer (that I desired but have avoided purchasing) at no additional charge. His prices are reasonable. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable about computers.

my laptop was at a point where the screen for me to type in my password wouldn't even pop up. I kinda lost a little hope that because my laptop was pretty old that it wouldn't be able to get fixed. so, I read reviews on line after doing some research & found this place. I went in one day & was greeted with a smile & a warm welcome from Kenneth. he answered my questions, clearly. he gave me a good idea of what all to expect & told me that by 4pm that same day, my laptop would be ready. so, I left it with him, got a call around the time that he said with the price that I was also told. picked up my laptop with ease. but the man behind fixing my computer was a gentleman by the name of Kemp. he worked magic on it & now, it works like a charm. with Kenneth's welcoming greeting & Kemp's expertise on devices, it's a perfect place for your devices to get serviced. not only will I go back in the future, but I will also recommend anyone who may be in need of a repair shop. this is definitely the one. thanks, guys! my laptop thanks you as well ud83dude0a
