Krista did amazing on my hair! It's literally exactly like I wanted! Honestly the picture does the talking. They are also very reasonably priced. Other places estimated about $450-$600. Which is outrageous if you ask me. This was not cheap but about half the lower end quotes that I got. She is absolutely amazing. Their staff is fantastic. My hair turned out perfectly. Loved this place while Norma was there but not I'm not impressed. Having gone here for sometime, their customer service has declined. I had an appointment schedule 2 months ago. When I get to the appointment ,10 minutes early, I see my stylist had just finished washing another clients hair. I waited patiently but noticed that it was 15 minutes past my appointment time. When I looked over again, I saw the color on her desk and knew this was going to take longer than expected. I asked to reschedule and was suddenly told that she would be ready for me in 5 minutes. That's when I came to the conclusion that my appointment would be shorted and my stylist would be in a rush to get my hair done while juggling with another client's color. I'm not a second rate customer nor should I be treated as such. I left with the intention to keep my rescheduled time but after further processing, I cancelled my appointment today. It's not worth being treated this way and is a real shame that the Manager was present and never once spoke up to other customer service in any form or fashion.

Growing up I had beautiful clear skin never had more than 1 or 2 pimples before the age of 21. So skin care was never really necessary!nThen around the age of 22 I started breaking out more and more, being a very active person in the gym and at work and my skin was taking a toll for it. Between the constant diet changes, kids touching my face, buckets of sweat dripping down my face, my break outs became more and more.nI finally schedule a facial in hopes that someone could tell me what to do with my face! Anna was so educational in how she explained what I was doing wrong with my skin care and makeup routine. After one visit with her I saw dramatic improvement in my skin and the clarity of it! My skin looks better than it has in years, and now I truly understand the importance of taking better care of my skin! THANK YOU ANNA you have made a world of difference in my confidence :)

The receptionist that work here are always so helpful and understanding each time i come get services done. Jessica is the best esthetician ever in my opinion. i see immediate changes in my skin after my facial.
