I have been going to this location since they opened. They have lots of therapists to choose from. Be careful though, I schedule my appointments in advance to be sure to get the therapist and times that I want. I have had appointments not show up as booked (according to their records) even though they were scheduled and marked in my calendar weeks in advance. Rrrrr....

I called Tuesday with terrible back pain from the night before. The pain was so terrible I had to take pain medication, which I never do. The young lady that I spoke with to make the appointment listened to my concerns and said she could get me in that day if I wanted, but recommended that I try to wait one day and see Liz. Omg I’m so glad she did! Liz was phenomenal!! She listened to my concerns, made me feel relaxed and when she was done with the massage therapy, I didn’t want to leave. I have received LOTS of massages, physical therapy and chiropractic visits for my back but my back has NEVER felt so good. Liz is AMAZING! I almost don’t want to post this review, because I want her all to myself lol! I will definitely be back.

The first massage was ok, but the second time was a lot better. Also both times they did cut my massage short, from one hour to 50 mins both times?? I had my stopwatch going right before we started. I know my first time I did show up right at my massage time but the second time I was 10 mins early. Front desk people are extremely nice which is why I gave this place more stars than I think I should of.

I’ve been a member and coming to this location for almost 3 years now. Katie, one of the esthetician’s has gotten to know my skin and helped perfect my skin care routine. My skin has looked AMAZING for months!! I’ve gotten so many compliments from my coworkers on my skincare journey. I’ve recently started seeing one of the massage therapists, Dayne, who is fantastic with deep tissue work and extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing. This location is fantastic and even though I live in Plano, I can’t imagine giving up my esthetician and therapist for an easier drive!

Nice facility, great staff up front. I did not think it was very professional that my technician was 30 minutes late. The pricing is a little on the high side for what you get. They’ve alerted the way they do their hot stone massages and I didn’t care for that too much. Not the best experience but not the worse.
