Thu is incredible!!! She was so patient and understanding and helped me feel comfortable during my appointment. I had a lot of questions for her and she answered every single one of them for me. The front reception staff is also really friendly and welcoming! I felt really taken care of at this location and am looking forward to continuing my care with the team here! (By the way, my lips look FABULOUS! Thu did such a wonderful job! I love my new look!)

Somehow missed the confirmation for an appointment (didn’t get a voicemail/text) but the front desk was able to get me in the next day, thank fully. They’re all super nice. Love the techs as well.

** EDIT**nI would like to thank Kendra for quickly responding to my review. I appreciate Kendra for taking the time to resolve the problems that I experienced. She has renewed my opinion and turned my negative encounter around.nnI purchased a special package in November 2020 and could not get an appointment until January 2021. When I asked about the length of time to the appointment, I was told the holidays and everyone wants in. The day before my January appointment, I called the office and was told my appointment had been canceled because they could not reach me. I informed Payton that no one had reached out to me and that was why I was calling the business. She apologized and fixed the appointment but I had to move another scheduled appointment so I could be seen. Fast forward to today (March 2021) I receive a text message and a voicemail to say that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Clearly I was upset and very unhappy. When I called I immediately went to hold with no employee actually answering just went straight to hold and elevator music. When the female did finally answer the phone call quickly continued to go downhill. She kept saying “I am just the messenger.” I informed her the trouble with my last appointment in January which she confirmed she looked at. Then stated that the male nurse was still recovering from surgery so he was not cleared to work. I made an appointment for that day not a specific person I said. She should have never given me that information. She also informed me that Payton was fired when I asked to speak with her and that the regional manager was on PTO until tomorrow. All things an employee should not give out. I stated clearly my business is not needed here and that I wanted a full refund for all my pending already paid for treatments. Again, Kendra will be in tomorrow. The employee was offering me a reschedule for 29 April when I was not the one wanting the reschedule let alone this is less than 24 hour notice. My time is just as important as this business. I choose this company based off of a previous experience in another State. I have purchased packages that I cannot get nor get this office to keep my scheduled appointment. I also signed up for their membership but did not realize joining basically means paying for hard to get appointments, appointments that get canceled and less than helpful or kind service. I have taken time off from work just to get an appointment and now that has been short notice canceled which I scheduled back in January. I was told that I would receive a call tomorrow and I hope that they can make this right.

New member here. I am very pleased with the flexibility and outstanding customer service at the garland location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to years of great service.

Cecily is SO AWESOME & patient! She has a very calm and sweet personality! She gave me frequent breaks and ice packs to help me make it through my laser hair treatment!!! Love! Love! Love her and the new found confidence my treatments have given me!
