Permanently scarred - horrible microdermabrasion experience! I have a permanent line above my upper lip due a really bad microdermabrasion experience! They were running Christmas holiday specials and I came in for a microdermabrasion special right before Christmas. The esthetician was in a huge rush because she was leaving to go out of town for the holidays and seemed totally inconvenienced, so she rushed through the whole process (literally, like someone on steroids). It was horrible! I was so disappointed at the lack of care and quality and did report my experience, but no one seemed to care. There was definitely no follow-up regarding my experience and concerns - which were communicated verbally and via email. I would NEVER recommend The Finer Touch (or grossly lack thereof).
