Brought a sectional a couple of months back at the McKinney store and I had the best furniture buying experience possible. All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cole was my salesman and he did a great job helping us make the right decision on our sectional. After the purchase, all the management members helped me load the cushions onto my vehicle which was kind of nice of them.nI will come back again to this store for my future furniture need.nSid
There are many reasons why you should stop in and visit this location in McKinney. Let’s just say between selections, customer service & pricing to name a few, would validate your inquiry. We have been looking for at least 2 months until we decided to stop in and give Chair King a try. I must say that we were 150% satisfied with the end results. The staff was nothing less than superior. I’d like to extend a special thank you to our sales rep who LITERALLY took the time to assist us until we were COMPLETELY satisfied with our new purchase. Mr. Frank Roof who had outstanding ideas, willingness to work for 4 days on this was purely amazing. He was VERY personable, had lots of character & professionalism. He is a very friendly, highly knowledgeable individual who will take the time and listen to what you’re trying to do and will stand by your side no matter how small or how big your project will be. I have zero reservations at all to extend Mr. Frank Roofs name if your looking to make your outside area a perfect 10 ! Had a great experience at Chair King. Cole was our salesperson and he was great! You can tell the things they sell are high quality and Cole worked very hard to give us the best price possible. We ended up buying a lounger to put by our pool, an outdoor dining set and a bar table and chairs. We are excited to have them delivered and put on our patio!
I’d like to start out by saying Chair King of McKinney was our spectacular store of choice. It all started after weeks of looking around then decided to give chair king a try. This was what made our project so successful.. Mr Frank Roof, one of their CSR”s was purely “ AMAZING” He took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish and after days of ideas, measurements & suggestions, Mr. Frank had hit us a home run. There was not one negative thing that we could have said about what we had experienced. Frank displayed great enthusiasm, has very good communication skills, exceptional knowledge while displaying superior personality, character and professionalism. We truly cannot say enough about Mr. Frank and how he made our experience nothing less than stellar !! You have provided our home and family a positive makeover for years to come. Frank was very helpful and patient as I tried every glider in the store. Very nice location. And he even discounted my second purchase 10% ad a returning customer. Nice showroom. Lots to choose from.
