Jason is top-notch in all aspects! He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. His work is very thorough as he focuses on the little details which results in a superior result every time. This last project was to replace a theater projector in our media room - all I can say is WOW!! And I can't forget Marti who does a phenomenal job taking care of all the office requirements. A fantastic team that produces fantastic services. HIGHLY recommended if you want the job done right without having to worry one second about how the job will turn out in the end. We can’t say enough about Jason, and Safe and Sound. Jason is very knowledgeable and provided us a lot of different options. He was thorough and professional. His “service after the sale” is exceptional. We are not tech savvy and he was very patient and did a great job explaining and showing us how to use our new equipment. Highly recommend. Jason and his team were thorough and professional. Excellent work setting up a media room and wireless access point. Great communication start to finish, no surprises in prices or execution. Had some really challenging retro wiring too that they did a fantastic job completing. Overall excellent service, and highly recommended.
