I believe he said his name was Wayne and he was terrific. I thought I needed a new screen and he showed me I just needed a screen protector. I watched him interact with a couple in front of me and he extended the same respect and assistance.

This location replaced the battery in my Google Pixel 3. There was a wait time of about 1-2 weeks for the battery to come in before they could do the replacement, but they told me that ahead of time. They kept my phone for about 24 hours to ensure that was the exact issue.nnA couple weeks later my phone just shut off and would not come back on. We dropped it off with them in the morning and by mid-afternoon I had it back, no charge as it was a defective battery.nnPricing is fair in my opinion. Definitely cheaper than buying a new phone.

A few weeks ago I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I took it to a local repair store and had the screen replaced for $150. A few hours later the left side of the screen stopped responding. Took it back to the repair location and they replaced the screen again...or so they said. Fast forward a week and the top third of the screen stopped responding. Tired of dealing with the original repair center I took it to CPR on Craig Dr. within 30 minutes the screen was replaced and the phone works as it should. I was also told the screen that wasn’t responding was an LED and not an OLED...and several screws were missing from inside the phone. Finding a good phone repair center is like finding a good mechanic...you trust them to repair it the right way the first time and not take short cuts or use parts that were not intended for your phone. Will use CPR from on!!!

The team at CPR Cell Phone Repair are top notch. They fixed my iPhone XS in just a few hours when all the other places around said it wasn’t possible. They do amazing work for a very fair price. Everything about my interaction was superb. I cannot recommend them enough. I have found my new iPhone repair shop. Now everyone else do business with them so they stick around for a long time.
