I’ve had two moves with Hot Shots and I highly recommend them. Customer service is excellent. They helped relieve the stress of moving, were professional, careful with my stuff and very responsive to my ever changing schedule and move details. They are also very, very fast. They did in two hours what would have taken a no professional a whole day. Don’t hesitate to book them!

Buyers beware!!!!!nAmazon hired them to deliver my pool table andnI’m pretty sure they stole it!!!nDo not use these people.nHow do you lose something that weighs 350 pounds yeah right!!!! They sent me a text message the day prior that the item had been picked up that they were going to be delivering my pool table the next day.nI called them during the delivery window and they said they’re in route running late.nI waited two hours called them back and they said they where having mechanical issues I offered to meet them to pick up my pool table they said they couldn’t get the door is open to the truck.nnThey called me back and said they never picked up the item it they are sweeping there trucks trying to locate it.nAmazon showed that it was picked up out for delivery all day.nThese guys are a bunch of crooks And the lady that answers the phone is about as smart as a box of rocks. Never again.

We used HotShots for two moves this year (July and November). Randy and crew did a wonderful job both times. They were professional and helpful. During the first move, the crew were able to arrange it so that all of our items fit into storage - we avoided having to rent another smaller space. I recommend HotShots for your next move.
