This company closed my storage unit and canceled my account with out my knowledge in the middle of me having a situation. On top of withdrawing $25 out of my account but had ABSOLUTELY NO knowledge they had my card on file. i never said that was okay. I even REMOVED autopay 3 weeks ago ! They Stole my money! i feel very taken advantage of.
I have not had any problems with this facility. They currently aren't allowing customers on the property after hours due to a water emergency issued by WFD, but while it's a pain, I understand it. Everything else has been great! The office staff is always nice and I spoke with someone at the national call center for the first time when I called to reserve my 2nd unit (for moving purposes) and he was an absolute pleasure to talk with! The pricing is fantastic and their facilities are clean and well maintained!
This place is a great place for storage! Staff is great and easy to work with! Facility is clean and secure!
