CubeSmart is by far the best experience I have ever had with a storage rental company. The premises are clean and very well kept and the response times and customer service is impeccable. Vicki, the store manager, really worked with me and my movers and she was there for me every time I called. She always had a good answer and proved helpful. She was awesome! I will tell anyone who asks me about storage going forward, to call Vicki at Cube Smart because I know she will take good care of them.
Had a great online experience signing the paperwork and getting my unit prepared remotely. Manager was helpful and my move in went very smoothly. Was very happy there were carts by the door to help us move more stuff quickly upstairs!

Very good online transaction. Manager, Vicki was very responsive. Clean, well maintained, fairly new facility with reasonable space to maneuver a smaller trailer in. Gated area and secure locks on rollup doors. Good experience.
