I must say, Simply Self Storage is the best!! I came in and Ms. Stephanie assisted me with so much kindness and perfection! We got the process of getting my unit very fast! She was very informative and I didn’t have to ask any questions! The building is very clean, nice and units are affordable! Simply Self Storage is where you’d want to be!! The BEST customer service!! Simply Storage is amazing! We moved here from Arizona. The staff and manager are amazing and took care of us. Cody, the manager, went above and beyond to help us get in the storage on short notice. We had bumps on the road, but he was so kind and helped us when he didn’t have to. Nathan was exceptional as well.
Cody has been nothing but awesome. I am sure I’ve been annoying with calling so much but no matter what he has followed up each time! I moved everything out then realized I needed to use a storage unit for one more month and he was able to find me a first floor unit same day to ease all my moving.nSuper awesome staff!!!
Cody is the best person to deal with at the store!! He knows everything about the business and is so friendly and caring. This man needs to be acknowledged and probably could use a raise !!!nHe is the reason we have our valuables in that unit.nI know we will be taken care of by him personally!!
