I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Chuck on behalf of Extra Space Storage in Allen Texas. Any questions, I’ve had or any changes that I have made, he was able to answer and accommodate my needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and the facility is clean and fresh! I highly recommend this business.

Chuck has been very friendly, helpful and got me 4 units on the first floor! He came through, in the clutch, when I needed two more units, at the last minute. The facility is clean and well lit with plenty of security cameras. I feel safe with my stuff stored here and will recommend for others.

We met with Rob this morning. Great meeting: informative, complete -best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Unit is EXACTLY what we were hoping for: price, location and convenience (drive up).

Rented a unit online that was supposed to be a 15 x 20 with drive up access. When I arrived I was directed to two interior 10x15 units, when I showed/told staff what I reserved online the staff was rude and I was told the website is terrible and they don't know why corporate insists that people can book online. Based on staff attitude and lack of willingness to offer any drive up access I ended up going to Simply Self Storage down the road (much friendlier and helpful) and you should too!

Rob Simpson at extra space storage was a dream to work with. I needed two different units within a few days of each other, quickly and he answered all my questions and set me up with no hesitation. He was willing to work with me in every way and even went as far as walking to the units himself to give me a detailed idea of how to get to my unit so I wouldn’t have to spend much time looking for them. I plan on using them for my all storage needs, if they continue to arise in the future.
