Friendly and professional staff. Very clean facility. Easy access with proper camera and security system. Newly built building. Huge parking space with back dock for easy truck unloading. Thanks Cody for taking the time to explain everything. Thanks Mike for making it easy to move in. You guys are amazing team.

Rented a storage unit twice with this location! It’s a pretty new facility and it’s clean, bright and conditioned - which is a must for protecting your property. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful anytime we came by, and I appreciated the security and cameras as added safety too. They definitely watch to see what’s going on. Prices were super competitive and with it being month to month, it was easy to move out when we were ready! Definitely recommend this location 100%

Loved the fact that I can rent my space online, pay online, sign my contract online, pick up my lock and keys from my space with no interaction with anyone. Which during covid this makes doing business safe and easy. It was affordable and the storage unit itself was very clean. There is plenty of parking outside plus a loading dock. There is also several carts to help carry items to the unit.

Location is clean but a few months in they raised my rent by almost 38%. I expected maybe 5-10% at 6 months but this is ridiculous. I guess they want to get you in low then jack up the rate. Most people will likely just pay the extra instead of moving their things. It's a nice place but be sure to put more money in your budget than what they tell you. Also, the guy at the front desk doesn't seem to want to be there so be nice to him. Good luck folks.nnUPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE-nI had already called and was told they would speak to their district manager and call me back. Any guess what happened, no call back.nnI was told by their corporate office when I first rented that automatic increases would happen after a few months but these could easily be disputed with the manager, this is simply not true. I can keep going with insurance requirements but will stop for now. Just saying, renter beware.
