Due to a busted pipe, we were forced to relocate while the repairs to our house are being completed. Ann at the front desk was more than accommodating when she showed us what size rooms were available at the moment, we were able to sign our contract and had immediate access to our unit to start emptying our house so the repairmen can get in and help us get back to normal. Simply Self storage has lived up to its name and made the whole process simple and smooth. Thank you Ann for all your help!
Rented a unit on Tuesday, determine it was to small so talked with Sarah in the Front office and she was wonderful. She help me upsize from the original unit I pick to the next size up. I would recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone that was needing to lease a unit. They are so Helpful.

Initial sign up for a storage unit was a good experience. The team was very thorough in giving details of a rental and patient with answering questions. Very good communication skills. Friendly and personable.
Love this place, 5 stars! The manager, Sara, and her staff are so kind and welcoming. They were quick to help me out and and took care of all my needs with no trouble. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family who are looking for a storage unit!
