Driver arrived to the PU location and eventually they canceled a load on us. It happens but why wouldn't you pay us TONU ? We went 130 mi just to make this PU and you simply don't respond to our calls/emails.nnStrongly don't recommend this company. Not ethical, especially don't recommend broker named Brandon F.
Not professional, started yelling the second we got the phone, keeping truck at the receiver and do not know when we will get unloaded. Very poor quality of work. Be aware.
worst worst worst customer service, they don't know anything , not even worth giving one star. send us as different pick up location , then send us somewhere else. no appointment for pick and delivery . no one answer calls and reply . they have absolute no communication
