Very good care with the instruments, even if used, they are in good condition
I visited the Garland Music & Arts on Sunday 2/16/20. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by two gentlemen (Lyndon Korger and Rick Villarreal). I looked at the guitar gig bags, and Lyndon gave me advice on the most cost-effective and durable choice. He was very knowledgeable. Rick asked me about my experience, and even took the time to watch one of my performance videos on my phone. He then invited me to an open mic being hosted there next month. They even helped me with a Veteran's discount. (I am an OIF/OEF combat veteran.)nThis customer service far exceeded anything I have encountered at big box stores. (Shaking my fist at Guitar Center). I love how Lyndon and Rick brought a personal warmth and general interest into my playing and needs.nKudos to Music & Arts for having such knowledgeable and attentive employees!
The service here is great and the employees are more than willing to help.
They have continues to charge me for an instrument I paid. Received a collection notice that went on my credit report. I've paid for this instrument.
