Extremely helpful. The store manager is amazing.
I wish I could give this location no stars at all. I placed the warranty exchange at the plank store for pickup at the Wylie store. I came to pickup a warranty exchange and they had the replacement in front of me. They then told me that they couldn’t give me the warranty exchange after they noticed “damage” on the phone. This phone had no external issues just internal. Keep in mind the Plano location placed the order for the exchange after they inspected the phone. I told them that I was going to switch providers and they handed the phone back and said “sorry”. I didn’t catch the names on the badges but the lady that informed me of all this information had “associate manager” on her badge.

Worst Service provided. 4 Hours /7 calls to customer care and warranty service with no results. I have been a Tmobile honest customer since last 5-6 yrs. Wasted more than 4 hours with no result when I just went to pick up a replacement set for discharging battery. And with totalcare plan paid since the phone was purchased from tmobile for 4 years, one issue and they can't help you. at the end they cant fix the phone. Worst support and hats off to their HR for recruiting Supervisor at this location who wont care about a customer going through this marathon and for almost 4 hours and have the courtesy to grin at your situation at the end of it. BEWARE and do not waste your time here.
Horrible customer service and after being treated so poorly I will be switching to Verizon!! Also I was on hold with T mobile for an hour in a half before I hung up ud83eudd2c
