THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. SORRY, BUT NOT SORRY CAUSE IT'S TRUE.
I ordered something a few months before Christmas, for a Christmas gift. After opening it at Christmas, we found that it didn’t work & I called them. They were so apologetic & immediately tried to issue me a replacement. (You could tell this didn’t happen often). Their system wouldn’t let them go back that far, so the supervisor tried many different avenues to get us taken care of, until she did! We are so happy with this company, they displayed honesty, integrity & genuine customer service. We will surely buy from them again! Thank you sooo much Carmen & Sam!
Bought an open-box (2nd hand) iPhone 6S 32GB from them. Received the item as described. So happy with my item and fast shipping. Hope to buy from them again.
Sold me a STOLEN phone and lied about it in their listing. Said it had a clean esn and it did not. The phone shot my sim card and the seller would not take responsibility for damaging my personal property.
Bought a blackberry device which doesn't work as mentioned. The battery is not getting charged, received a faulty cable which doesn't charge the phone also the camera of the device is not working.
