Lead pharmacist is very knowledgeable but the other associates are very iffy, sometimes rude, and need work culminating an all around better attitude toward customers.
Worst service! Took me 30 mins on drive through and no-one responded!
OMG all i did was call to see if they had a certain medicine. The person could barely speak English and didn't understand what I was asking. I had to repeat my request several times and they still had issues understanding me. It you work with the public you need to be able to understand what the customer is asking you.....
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. After two years of no issues, the lead pharmacist here, Hanh, suddenly decided to refuse a pain medicine when it was time to receive it. She said she wasn't comfortable prescribing it, and at one point rambled on about a celebrity's overdose which was unrelated. And insulting.nnIf a pharmacist is suddenly going to feel uncomfortable prescribing a medicine to someone, then give them a notice. It negatively affects them and sends them into unnecessary panic when they can't get their medicine they need. It's not like people like being sick, in pain and on medicine. It's dangerous to suddenly cut them off.
The pharmacist at this location deserves to lose her job. She is unprofessional, incompetent and just flat out rude. Please avoid this pharmacy!
