Cassie, Kate and all the girls at Dunkin are awesome! They're friendly, attentive and fast! They handle customer complaints well and make sure to make it right! They go above and beyond and I really enjoy coming here!

my friends and i went there a few days ago, once we arrived i saw someone that i knew from school and they had such a bad attitude and was dry and made me feel unwelcome, they need to leave the drama at the door. and the other employee helping her was just plain rude when i misunderstood their question on accident. there is no need to be problematic when we were there to get come coffee. asked for 7 shots of caramel swirl felt like i got 2. the maple sandwich i got tasted unexceptional, bacon was almost undercooked and didn’t taste anything like the description. bad food+bad service=bad review and losing a customer.nalso 2/3 employees did not wear their mask over their nose, learn some decency, i’m sorry but i expected my experience here to be a lot better.

Not impressed with their service or products. Went through the drive through this morning and my coffee cup I received is filthy, like it had already been used, and my bagel was so hard I’m surprised I didn’t break my teeth!! I only leave fair reviews for businesses because I’m a fair person. The people working at my local DD are unorganized and have NO idea what they’re doing. Waited 10 minutes for a bagel and there were cars lined up to the road. As I said, NOT impressed ud83dudc4e

I ordered dough nuts the night before and picked them up at 7:30 the nextnmorning. They were yummy!
