We have ordered two cakes from this bakery both for children’s birthdays and the first time cake wasn’t even finished by the day we were supposed to get it and she contacts us saying it wasn’t finished. We then gave her a second chance because she was kind enough to refund us our money and also said she would make a cake for free. We then ordered the free cake for our other child’s birthday and were told the second cake was done but when we went to pick it up we were told that she had to go get it and that she would deliver it by a certain time, well that didn’t happen as a hat time had come and gone so I was forced once again to run to the grocery store to get a cake. Now almost a week later we just received a message from her saying yet again the cake was not done. So long story short if you want a cake from here better not need one because in my experience you will not get it. My family, friends, and myself will never order from here because of this experience.
