I had a problem, and MO the manager helped me out a lot. Was very understanding and patient with me. All the staff in this store is always beyond helpful. They do there best to fix the problem and make the customer happy. I recommend this place and T-nMobile always!!
This t mobile has some of the best employees and sells reps! Joel, Amber and I’m really sorry cause I don’t know her name but she was training and was really helpful learning our new iPhones. Would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for an upgrade or ready to switch services.

They were very helpful getting my family switched over from AT&T. I also appreciate that the associate did not push more expensive phones on us than what we needed. We're very happy with our newer iPhones, the coverage is great, calls don't cut out like they did with AT&T, and I really love the unlimited data.
