I drive 45 minutes just to come to this store because I love the way that they treat customers. I have been to several T- mobile and this store is the best including the whole team. The manager Valerie goes above and beyond to help anyone and she will make sure that you are happy and satisfied before you leave out of the store and she also doesn't mind how many times you come back and ask for help she's willing to help. She will make you a happy customer. I just love her customer service that goes a long way with me. Always have a smile on her face and she knows her customers by their name as well.

Valerie is AMAZING! Since switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, she held my hand through the whole process! She cared so much about the quality of service that we received that she even called to do a follow up with us to make sure we understood our features! Since than, we’ve been in a few times and between her and Lexi, the service gets better and better! They remember us by name and conversations we last had! Great job T-Mobile on hiring this staff! ♥ufe0f

The worst cellular company to do business with, traded in phones and did not receive credit for them. When you call they will pass you around until you want to pull your own hair out with nothing getting resolved. Sprint/T-Mobile has the worst customer service in the industry.nWould love someone from the corporate office that has some ability to get something done to reach out to us and I’d be willing to remove all my negative posts.

Good location for simple needs but avoid this store if you want to take advantage of promotions. They gave me wrong information about promotions not once , not twice but three different times. Worst was when they messed up my lines where I was charged 185$ for three lines individually instead of all of them in a family plan of 100$. Had to struggle with support to get it fixed
