It’s great place, I go and get some coffee some donuts. It has been for 2 years now. I definitely recommend it.

Alex was great! It takes me a while to get my words out before 7am and Alex was patient with me and guided me through what I wanted. You could hear him smile through his headset as well as see him smile through his mask. As always, the donuts and coffee were great, but it was Alex that made our morning so special! It’s nice to see that great customer service still exists! We appreciate you Alex!!!

Coffee is good, food is good, service is good... sometimes it’s a little disorganized but nothing major. Nice staff!

We ordered two coffees, a donut, and a dozen donut holes. They forgot to input the donut holes into the order, so we had to wait for that error. We asked for napkins (at 7am), so they walked around for about 3min and then said the entire store was out... Lastly, the coffee was so hot you couldn't drink it. When it finally cooled off, they didn't put any sweetener in it! How hard is it to make a cup of coffee??? Evidently, it takes a rocket scientist...

I’m strictly talking about getting coffee and iced coffee I never order food from here so I can’t speak to that. This place used to be good- always got my orders right, always was timely. However the past few months this place has gone downhill entirely. Every order is wrong (wrong size, wrong ratio of creamer, etc) and many times it leaves a mess in my car from them not putting the right lid on or the cups breaking. I’ve gone here almost weekly for quite awhile now and every time my order is wrong. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I’m done waiting 20 minutes for the wrong drink, I’ll just go to Starbucks and pay the extra $1-2. At least they’ll get it right in half the time.
