Absolutely love this Einstein location. Coffee and condiments are always fully stocked and clean. The price for the bagel's dozen is lowest on Mondays, which I always order at the cashier. I have then toast it. The manager always greets me in the mornings and makes me feel welcome. I appreciate the COVID health protocols they have in place. Much respect to everyone who works here. Thank you for your essential service. I will continue to have my bagels and cream cheese delivered to my office from this location. You guys rock!!

Covid 19,wear masks great variety of bagels and coffee, lattes! The owners were very nice ,you can sit at the tables. Loved it!

This is not the first time, I face this issue. When ever you try to order over phone for take out, They keep you on phone for 15 min to 20 min to take order. They take the orders in the store and they ignore phone orders. This happen to me multiple times. When I called, he said I need to complete 4-5 customer and asked me be online and its literally 18 min and no response as of now. Either the store has to keep separate resource for phone orders or they should stop taking the orders over phone. This is real frustration and when we ask for toast for phone order, they always say it will take time for about 30 min and they never do it. I wont recommend neither go to this store from this moment on wards.

Poor, apathetic customer service. I received an email from the company informing me I would receive a free coffee with purchase. At the register, I used a rewards discount for one of the bagels and the other bagel was charged at full price. Nevertheless, I was told by the cashier and manager that I was disqualified from the free coffee with purchase because one of the bagels received a discount. The email stated very clearly that there is a free coffee with purchase, and made no mention of disqualification for applying a discount to one of the purchase items. This is a deceptive sales tactic or misleading at best. Very unhappy with my experience at this location.

Very unfriendly workers. Bagels are usually cut for free, but my teenage son went today and they thought they could take advantage of this and charged him extra to cut bagels. Every time i go here the employees are very uninviting. The employee also use the same gloves that they touched other things and then touched the bagels. Will not be coming here next time
