Sweet Tooth Custom Cakes

I had the pleasure of enjoying the amazing taste of Sweet Tooth’s amazing cinnamon rolls and several treats. They are ALWAYS moist, so fresh, and the flavors are delightful. The customer service of this establishment has always been respectful and friendly. Thank You for sweetening the day for my children and I.

Highly recommend the cakes have an awesome taste. The candy apples are also great. I left my candy apple out for like 4 days & the apple didn’t rotten. Very great customer service.

We bought a whole cheesecake because its a bunch of us and hey why not. This has to be the sweetest, creamiest cheesecake I have ever had. We are in love with this honey bun cheesecake. If you have a sweet tooth this will definitely get you right and the owner is super sweet. Try it once and you will be back for more.

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars because it doesn’t deserve the one. Customer service is horrible!!! I placed my order on a Monday the week before my daughter’s birthday. I gave clear instructions and even asked if I needed to provide payment information that day for her to get started. I was told no and that I would receive an invoice for payment. I never received an invoice, so I assumed it would be provided at the pick up. Apparently, their policy is they send you an invoice via email and pray to God you get it within 24 hours because if you don’t the order is canceled. Well I never received an invoice or a follow up call verifying I received it. I’ve never done business with these people. To assume I would know your policies and procedures is ridiculous. Long story short, when I was ready to pick up my cake....there was no cake. I was very rudely told by the owner “ I don’t chase down payments”...???? Are you serious!? She ended up making the cake in about 4 hours ( a two tier cake with special design). I paid $178 for a cake I had to triage myself when I got home. I cried for hours. This was a very special party for us. I Will NEVER do business with these people again. And as an event planner myself, I will make sure my colleagues do not use them either. Take your business anywhere else.nnUpdate: Don’t rely on the high ratings on this business. They are all friends of the business owner. Please do your homework and check the other sites for reviews. They are more truthful about the service.

My daughter ended up wanting a cake last minute and Latice was amazing and made it happen! The cake was moist, the buttercream absolutely delicious, and it was exactly what my daughter wanted. Thank you so much for a great cake!
