I ordered 2 single tier cakes for my littles ones first party, one was for the party itself the other for a smash cake photo shoot. I worked with the staff through email and they were polite and gave feedback on what they would recommend for what I was going for. I placed the order about 1 week in advance and paid half down. I provided them pictures of what I was going for and they designed it as expected. They made me 1 custom Elephant fondant topper and was adorable, they did advise it would not look exactly as the photo but I was still happy.nnMy significant other picked them up the day/time I requested and everything was ready to go. All staff we worked with were very very friendly. The cakes were great, as others have mentioned it was pretty sweet but I thought that was due to me cutting out sugar I am noticing just how sweet things can be!
Do you like sweet cupcakes? The cakes of this place are really good but the sweetness of the icing overwhelmed the flavor of the actual cake. The cupcakes are really large and a great value but I just couldn’t get past the sweetness.
As soon as I walked in it smelled amazing. I was able to get last min birthday cupcakes and the flavors were better than could be expected. Best cupcakes in town.
I'm sorry, I really wanted to like it, but everything we've tried has been WAY WAY over sweet. And my husband and I were hoping for some petites fours like the ones we used to have from one of our favorite bakeries in Tyler, TX, and was super disappointed in every way possible... They shouldn't be called petites fours. Nothing we've tried has been worth the money - dry, stale, and so sweet we can't get past the first bite of anything.
We have ordered cake for my son thirteenth birthday and they prepared cake with all decorations that I provided with all my expectations and all guests at the party impressed. We had a really good experience with quality, design and good customer service. Cake was ready on time. The cake designer did an awesome job.
