I wish there was an option for no stars. I was looking forward to trying out cold stone creamery for the first time. I went to this location with my son and my friend. We were the only ones in there so we weren't holding anyone up. From start to finish, we were being rushed. The whole staff was incredibly rude. They were very impatient. We were handed ice cream that was dripping all over the place and not offered napkins. I won't give up on cold stone creamery just yet, but this location will never have my business again. There are many places to have some ice cream, and I regret choosing this one.
They were packed! We went back to our vehicle and ordered online. After waiting about 15 minutes, we went in and picked up our order straight away. Easy!
Amazing place. Definitely the best customer service I have had in a long time. The product is amazing and the customer service manager went above and beyond to make my wife’s special day even more special.
I would recommend this place, you won’t regret after you try the Coffee Lovers Ice cream!
This place is amazing. I love the fact that they're open till 11pm
